Günstiger sind Winkel mit Scheitelpunkt an der Schädelkalotte. — Mehrere Strecken und Winkel erweisen sich als geeignet für eine approximative Bestimmung des Angulus venosus. — Die Neigung der Tangente an die V. cerebralis interna korreliert nur schwach mit ähnlich schräg verlaufenden Strecken des knöchernen Schädels; die diagnostische Brauchbarkeit ist daher gering. — Der Sinus rectus verläuft im Durchschnitt auf der Strecke Endobregma—Endinion. — Viele Meßwerte sind abhängig von der Form des Schädels.

7. Report on new observations with respect to the effectiveness of muscular neurotisation (i.e., growth of preterminal nerve fibers from an implanted healthy muscle into the paretic host muscle) in cases of abducens pareses: in one patient a reinnervation was achieved although the onset of paralysis was about 7 years ago; the influence of the transposition (of the inferior oblique muscle into the paralyzed lateral rectus muscle) on elevation of the globe is rather unpronounced and, moreover, reversible; adhesions may prevent the success of the transposition as they restrict the motility.

Es wird über neue Beobachtungen von Auswirkungen der muskulären Neurotisation bei Abduzenslähmungen berichtet: Bei einem Patienten gelang eine Reinnervation nach einer über 7 Jahre bestehenden Lähmung; der Einfluß der Transposition auf die Hebung ist nicht ausgeprägt und darüber hinaus rückbildungsfähig; Verklebungen können den Erfolg der Transposition verhindern, da sie die Beweglichkeit des Bulbus einschränken.
